The first is no more a Buck than I am a moonbeam. It is a fake/counterfeit and makes me question the whole bunch. Sorry. The Buck forum has a sticky thread on fakes and yours is pictured there.

Theres always something thats the weak link. The knife you are targeting was only 3 dollars so I'm not losing. I grabbed it along with the rest. Figured it has some sort of use.
 
Nice! Even if you don't NEED another knife, it's hard to turn down a deal. I mean a deal is a deal right? Right? Right?!?! :)
