...so I'm not sure who really stocks them. I think some were made for either MRL or Kult of Athena but these were more lightweight re-enactment pieces than the heavy duty originals. I've made a heavy, three-sided hollow ground piece before but I imagine this would likely be out of your budget range.
 
I would contact Matthew Parkinson at Dragon's Breath Forge in Wolcott, CT. He is a custom swordsmith, and he will work with you to make what you want. His work is top-notch. I have seen him make more using-type pieces as well as art-types. He is a wonderful craftsmen and a fine person.
