The blade is gorgeous. I even like seeing the layers from above on the spine.
VERY Nice contrast between the layers of steel.
Like another said, Clean. Super Cool.
Me personally, I think it would look nicer with a warm wood tone handle.
But I'm not into futuristic high tech, carbon fiber, and angles... looking stuff.

I think it would have looked really nice with wood handles as well, I went back and forth on that for quite a while. It almost got a nice set of desert ironwood scales. I suppose it would help if I had plan when I start these things, but I tend to make things up as I go.....If it had been a Monday morning instead of a Friday night when I started the handle....good chance it would have been ironwood.
