I have just finished building a Bob Warner design etcher. What dimension should the stainless steel pad be? (?x?x?)

Sources for photo stencils sheets and etching solution?

I plan to start on the stencil exposure box this week end. Any suggestions/hints would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Gosh, I don't know but you can easily get the pads and such from LectroEtch if you wish. There is no reason for theirs not to work since the theory of operation is rather simple and consistant from one machine to the other.

Some guys make a few for different size stencils, I guess the best plan is"a little larger than your most used stencil.

Some guys rub the pad slightly back and forth, make sure the pad is almost dry or you'll might force the solution under the stencil.

about 1/2" x 1" should be fine :) Build the light box around your bulb then whatever size it is...it just is :)
