Etching Department

Hey, I was thinking of buying a SOG Blink for a christmas present, and have a couple questions about customization. I read in the SOG catalog that SOG has an etching/engraving department and I am just wondering about how much extra it would cost to have a 10 character (4 characters if 10 is too many) name inscribed. Since chrismast is just around the corner how long would the whole process take? Thanks in advance.
