Ethan Becker=Joy of Cooking

Hiya. Don't spend much time in the Becker sub-forum but I of course know the man behind Becker Knife and Tool, as well as owning an original Becker Necker. Imagine my surprise when the GF came home today with a new copy of the "Joy of Cooking" and the Ethan Becker listed on the cover was the Ethan Becker. She asked me, "hey have you heard of this guy? He designs knives." Anyway, thought I'd share my appreciation! Learn something new everyday!

was watching "six feet under" and _joy of cooking_ was referred to in a positive way, something like "we had chicken, joy of cooking, a monkey could make it"
