Hm-m-m-m. Interesting.
I do take exception to the "factory out-of-the-box" sharpening on that -16, though. Maybe on the boxes sent to The Boss.
I've gone through LOTS of Tweeners, and I've never seen that much bare metal (x 3 or 4) on the edge of any Tweener I've taken out of a box!![]()
I'd have to agree. Usually you have to strip the rough coating off the edge a bit to get nice clean slices off paper that way. Let's hear it for the Work Sharp system that makes doing so a two-minute job.
