European wish list

Hi folks. I have a great oppertunity to access some knives from across the pond via my brother in law. He lives here and is originally from Wallonia, Belgium. He will be visiting this month and is going to try and find me a Le Garonnais knife. He will also be near Namur, Liège and Brussels. If anyone is familiar with shops in these areas please post up and I'll pass along the info.

So my question is what other affordable working knives are there from this region? I also like this knife in a recent post by one of our own:

Oh and I forgot to ask about Belgian specific knives. What is there besides the military clasp knife? My searches turned mostly custom makers.

There is a nice knife shop and knife museum in Gembloux.
