EV vs DR letters on box label

I’ve got two native 5 Maxamet. The one box where the knives has the signatures on the blade has EV on the label. The one without the markings has DR on the label. What’s the difference.

I believe they are date of manufacture codes:

EV=May 2022

DR=April 2018
