Evansville Grand Leader - looking for info

Recently acquired this axe. The handle was done for, so I'm putting it on a new hickory handle after I clean up the head.

Anyone know anything about the maker? All I can seem to find is that this is from the Evansville Tool Works. No idea how old it is.

In 1941, there was a mention in the publication Hardware Age showing Evansville Tool Works as a Division of the American Fork & Hoe Co.
