Thanks to the "Praise for the Utilikilt" thread, I just had to buy one, and it got here today!! I'm sitting here in my brand new carmel Workmens. This thing is so awesome, I love it!

I desiced to go with the Workman for my first, because I like the pockets and the hammer loop, but I am already planning on getting a black Original for those "formal" occassions!

Welcome to the UK Clan. :)

If you like pockets, wait until you get a Survival UK.

Welcome to the UtiliClan!

Just like chips, you can't eat just one!

Well, you know what I mean.

Believe me, it won't be the last UK you buy.

Have they resumed making the Survival UK?? I'm going to get some sort of UK for this summer, but I would prefer the Survival.

Yes they have. Not enough to make it into the catalog, but they do have some stock for the main store. Call and find out.

I usually wear black boots. Either my Matterhorn or other combat type boots.

Good to have you on board, Doc Thor.

As to footware, depends on what you're doing. Hiking boots accessorise nicely, as do running shoes. Sandals are good too. Then you can always go barefoot. Kind of depends on where you are walking.

Good choice on the workmans. I think that is still my favorite.

i would never be able to pull that off... maybe if i were buff :p do any skinny guy's here wear the kilts?

Not unless I really have too. Then I probably just change into pants....

They make it in a Size 30" for someone with a 28.5" waist. Skinny enough? ;)

Nah, you don't need to be buff, just confident. Just be yourself and don't take anycrap.
