Does anyone have this oven? How has it held up? I'm only making folders one at a time so the size wouldn't be a problem.

I don’t have that particular oven but I have two Evenheat’s. The artisan and the cube 10 I think they are called. I’ve had great luck with them. They are nicely built machines.
The artisan oven wouldn’t hold temp at around 600 degrees when it was brand new. Kept running hot and faulting out. I called Evenheat and they immediately sent me a second one along with a shipping label to send the first one back and a $100 gift card. The second one has worked flawlessly for several years now.
Top notch customer service in my opinion.
