Ever do a carving knife?

Nick,

I am looking for an 8" or so long 1/8" thin blade (OAL 12") for carving turkey and cutting up meat... ever make anything like this...

I really like your handle style and that brown micarta.:thumbup:

I actually am working on such a knife right now. It is still in the template stage and I hope to see something complete by the end of the month.
