So do you ever buy other none Kershaw knives and then feel guilty about it?

My number of Kershaws still rival all the others, but I always have a twinge of guilt when ever I pick something else up. :(

I cant even put them in the same drawer cause I dont want them to see that I have strayed from the path. And now even the wife has started looking accusingly at me, She's like," Thats not a Kershaw is it?"

I think I need help.

Why did you have to bring that up? I was just getting over my straying to the dark side.

But I'm back on track. :)

There's other knife makers besides Kershaw?? ;)

The only non Kershaws I have is an Old Timer and my very first knife that my dad gave me when I was about 10.......a Buck that hasn't seen any use in about 20 years. No guilt here. ;)

I've tried other brands...Spiderco, Bench Made ect....but I haven't had anything besides a Kershaw in my pocket since I got my Random Task in 98.
Hooked for life and loving it.

I do have lots of non Kershaw knives, and I don't feel guilty when I buy one. As long as I buy 1 kershaw for every non kershaw I buy, im good. But no matter how meny other brand knives I buy, I always have a Kershaw in my pocket.

No guilt. When Kershaw or whatever other knife company comes out with a knife that reaches out and grabs me, I'll buy it. I've got Kershaws, Spydercos, Benchmades, Chris Reeve Sebs, etc. and I like em all. Kershaw has been coming out with some pretty cool stuff lately.

I do NOW... my first Kershaw was one which was given to me on my 16th b-day in 1981. Up until just recently, I kind of felt there were other companies who had the edge on Kershaw in the tactical arena. In the last 3 years, that's all changed. Being in the hometown of Kershaw, Gerber, benchmade, William Henry etc etc etc... means I have had many other brand folders. Kershaw is the Best

I'm partial to the Ken Onion designs. All of my Kershaws (9) are Ken Onion designs. I'm anxiously waiting for the Tyrade.

There are too many Kershaws with higher priorities on my need to buy list to even worry about buying a non-Kershaw right now. There are a couple of Spyderco models on my list, and I wouldn't feel guilty about buying them, but it probably won't happen until I get around to those top few Kershaws. Of course being a bargain hunter, ridiculously low prices can cause some priority shifting, and if I got a good enough deal I probably wouldn't feel guilty anyway.

guilt? whats guilt? i dont feel guilty at all. but then again i buy kershaw's to others at a 5-1 ratio, in favor of kershaw of course. i do agree with kneedeep though. grea deal kinda win alot

I've traded-off a couple of my Benchmade folders and a nice Cold Steel stainless Trailmaster Bowie for Kershaws. Do I feel guilty? No...Why should I feel guilty for moving up in quality?.:D.
