I was bored and going through my knife stash as my wife was doing Christmas shopping (not my thing). I didn't realize the deep drawer had so many cool things in it. Everything from lanyards to knives I bought in my early knife collecting days. Many came from SMKW years back:rolleyes:.

BUT here's some of the cool stuff I found:

-Case Bros. Congress Chestnut - nib in tin box with sleeve
-2 Paragon autos- MiniSeal and X-O Lite nib
-Boker Top Lock auto - black w/black blade nib
-Pro-Tech Runt nib
-G.Sakai Firefly nib
(and a bunch of ccc junk. Christmas presents for the nephews :D)

Merry Christmas to me!!!

No, but I have 2 Spydies in boxes that I know I have and I Can't find them. I've looked everywhere. A Brong and a Manix 2 s110v.

Yes. I was going through some boxes in my basement a few years ago and I came across a Buck 119 from 1989 and a Schrade LB7 (USA made) from 1982. After being married and moving and kids, I lost track of them. Being more of a knife nut now, that won't happen again.

It's nice finding cool stuff you forgot you even had.

Count yourself lucky!

Wow, that is the year I was born!!

Last week I found a Case Swayback Jack I had forgotten about completely. Nice little knife that I never carried because I was more into larger knives at the time I bought it. I've been carrying it ever since. Although I doubt it will replace my Dragonfly as my primary, the experience has been a pleasant one. Glad I rediscovered it.

We cleaned out Mother's house when she had to go into the nursing home she handed me a black handled switchblade, an old cheap one about 45 years old now. It was my old highschool knife. It brought back many memories. I can still hear my father yelling and lecturing me over my report cards after all these years. Going to work and earning a pay check fared me far better.
