Whoa! Nice sheath and knife!

Nice tooling.. I'm not a fan of prefab stamps, but I find this border very subtle and it adds to the organic tooling in the centre..

In the past three years I've had one that really became attached to me....or visa versa. It's by John White MS and is now in my display case.

I can understand why you would get attached to that knife very nice and an awesome sheath to go with it

Is that the take down tool in the little pouch? Yes, my curiosity knows no bounds. ;) You know that much of my by now. :p

Yes, that is the take down tool in the "papoose" pouch. Three bar damascus by John White himself with Bark Mammoth on the frame handle. The fit and finish is absolutely flawless. It also has very delicate file work on the two handle liners that I could not get to photograph. The photos don't do this knife anywhere near justice.

Dwayne, you saw some of John's work first hand at the ABS show in San Antonio.

I am sorry - but what is the take down tool used for?

Ray,

Can I see the back of your sheath - I really like it. I love your use of two simple tooling tools to get a really nice effect.

Your finish looks great and your stitching and edging looks awesome.
