Ever gotten Cold Steel replacement parts?

Meaning stuff aside from pocket clips. Have you ever been able to call/email them and order replacement parts for a knife?

I've been making some micarta scales for my Ti-Lite, and I somehow managed to break the spacer that fits between the liners, and keeps the knife from folding backwards when locked. While the knife isn't that expensive to replace, I'm curious to see if it's worth trying to get the piece replaced instead (I've emailed them, but you know how it is. Personal responses can take a while to requests like this.)

I've heard that you get better results if you call.
To answer your question, no. I have never dealt with their customer service.
