These looked interesting. Bubinga wood handles, carbon steel blades. I can't figure out if these are folders or not though. I liked the blade shape on them. The smallest looks like it's similar to an Opinel 7/8 in size.

Anyone ever have one of these? They look to have good cheapie potential for an everyday slicer.

Yeah saw that, but no nick in the blade to pull it open. Sort of odd they don't specify or show one folded a bit.

The handle shape does seem like it must be a folder.

The blade is probably wide enough that you can pinch it open.
It looks like a slipjoint to me (two pins for the backspring).
From what I've read it is based on an old style from Cataluña.

Looks like a cool little fella' to add to the list of inexpensive traditional users like Opinels, Mercators, Douk Douks, etc.

I'm interested. I'll try to get some.

edit: damn that international delivery is a killer.

Yeah exactly....they are cheap but if I got the three of them in bubinga the international shipping would be a bit ridiculous.

If any dealer reps these in the US, I'd be in for one of each in the bubinga handle, otherwise I'm not sure I'd bother vs just picking up an assortment of Opinels to play with...which is also likely.
