A friend of mine recently bought this knife cause he thinks it's old and collectible...he paid $100 for it. He asked me to reaffirm his suspicions or tell him he screwed himself - I can't do either cause I'm not familliar with the knife.
2 1/2" closed, 2 pen blades, sm. and lg. at opposite ends of handle, one backspring, black celluloid scales, Lone Ranger in white script on one side, silver bullit flanked by 6 silver studs embedded on the other side. Main blade reads CAMCO on the tang.
If anyone's ever heard of it or has any knowlege at all of it, or Camco, for that matter, please post or e-mail me. Thanks.

camco is a camillus trade mark. They were an older brand of knives made by camillus. You can still buy camco knives which camillus still owns the trade mark (they make them). The one he has may, or may not be an older one. camco did make lone ranger knives years ago, but they have recently (about 6, 0r 7 years ago, or more?) made more lone ranger knives. These have been made with black scales, red, blue, white, ect. I have one myself in red that I paid $9.00 dollars for (white lone ranger logo, bullet, 6 stud and all) Since tha blades are at opposite ends the one he has may be authentic, maybe not. can you post a pic?

Thanks for the info, Rev! I should have taken the knife when he offered it to me to ID. I should see him today. If so (or whenever I get the knife) I will take pics and e-mail them to you. So pics will be forthcoming. Thanks again!
