Ever lose a Becker?

I have not and hope to never lose any of my Becker knives during adventures into the wild ,but have lost other knives in my lifetime. Most painful of my losses as a teenager was a SAK Adventurer that was a gift from my grandfather. This happened at some point during a short hike home and other than heart break didn't play into detracting from my survival. Have any of you lost your Becker or primary bushcraft/survival blade while out in the field ? Has anyone here ever found a Becker in the wild or otherwise?

Short answer... no, but almost. My family and I were camping up on the north shore of Lake Superior and I had my bk15 as my main camp knife. We pack up to move on and the last place I remember seeing my 15 was on the picnic table. I didn't notice it was missing until we were 100 miles farther along on our trip. I assumed someone who hadd our campsite next had themselves a new toy... I was pretty bummed because the price of 15s are not going down anytime soon. Called the camp host to check an to no avail... I just thought it was gone for good... Fast forward 3 months or so I was cleaning out my van and felt something under the driver's seat. The unmistakable feel of my sheathed bk15! Right then it all came back to me... I remember being scared I was going to forget my 15 whilst camping and had slipped it on the front floorboard so I wouldn't lose it. I was excited to have by beloved 15 back but a little annoyed at how big of an idiot I was lol...

Lost a saber ground BK16 fly fishing Rock Creek Montana....still makes me sick to my stomach to think about.

Not a Becker thank goodness. However, last year, my girlfriend and I were camping and she asked to use my yellow scaled Victorinox Huntsman. She was carrying it when we went scouting for deer and when we got back to camp, she noticed it was no longer in the belt pouch. We backtracked looking for it, but had no,luck. I could tell she felt horrible because of it. I didn't want to tell her, but that SAK had been through tons with me and is also with me every time I travel across the country on my Harley. It is well traveled and we'll used.

Well, I decided to try looking for it one more time and quickly realized the value of bright yellow scales! So as I write this, my Huntsman sits next to me, ready for more adventures! Hope I never lose my beloved BK9!

I wish I had the glow in the dark ones too. That would have helped. I lost three folders to the same field across the street at different times as a kid.

All of my Beckers are special to me. Mostly because of who I received them from. Yes they are fungible because most, if not all could be easily replaced, but nonetheless they are special.

That said, I would hate to lose any of them ... not even the entirely fungible BK2 beaters.

They're all special..

My BK-11 during a car camping trip with the family. Was using it for camp chores, whittling walking sticks and wands (kids being Harry Potter crazed). When I got home it wasn't in the truck.

It's a shame to lose something as useful as an 11. Sorry that someone may have accidentally used an expelliarmus spell on you!

years ago on my first day of a 3 day camping trip someone stole my bk16........just replaced her last month.

I was out climbing on a glacier one winter in Alaska
and when we headed down I slid pretty good after losing my footing twice. I realized that I lost my 16 with tk scales on it....
