ever see a broken Cold Steel SRK?

The handle is starting to deteriorate mostly b/c i've been throwing it around lately but other than that its held up good for the few months i've had one.
 
I have tried, but to no avail...

I am not a fan of Cold Steel knives, I find the SRK an outstanding piece of durable and useful steel.
 
Quarterstaff- The few ????MONTHS???? you had it? That doesn`t seem like a ringing endorsment to me. How did you destroy an SRK in a couple of months?
 
I said the handle has started to give not the blade itself. I really can't hit squat when throwing a knife right now (out of practice

)so the handle takes a real beatting when it slams into trees, rocks, fences, etc. Hopefully when i get a bow i'll stop throwing the poor thing. Good thing i got a factory second.

Any knife has the potential of breaking no matter who the maker is, and is usually due to abuse/misuse.
 
An SRK has the potential of breaking -- breaking the tread of a tank if you run over it with one.
