I am pretty sure that this is NOT a Spyderco. It is not a knock-off either. It might be a knife that Spyderco sold for one of their collaborators from Japan but I doubt that aswell.

The GS115 is not a Spyderco number either. As a folder it should start with a C for "Clipit" and Spyderco isn't up to 115 yet (I am sure there is already a 115 on the drawing board, but even only anounced but not released yet is only up to 113 AFAIK).
 
yeah i thought it looked a bit suspicious . waiting for my mille is killing me!
 
It was sold through the spyderco cataloage like a few moki knives but its not a spydie
 
I could have been made by G-Sakai or one of the other smaller knife companies associated with Spyderco in Seki.
