looks like a Vic Executive. the strange kinda serrated tool is a citrus peeler and the other one is a nail file with a screwdriver tip.

Here's a pic from the other side.

One is a nail file, the other is an orange peeler. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of this SAK. It is the first one I ever bought, back in the late 80's.

The screwdriver tip is on the citrus peeler, not on the nailfile.

Hi Chickenplucker - That "Executive" you are asking about was the first model Vic I ever owned- it had no key ring attachment and the toothpick had an aluminum end instead of the gray plastic like today's versions- IMHO that is one of the most indespsible versions of the lovable edc SAK - easy on pockets, a first rate nail file, sissor, etc. I just ordered one from Felinevet.
