Ever seen so many great "need some Christmas $" knife sales?

Maybe it's just me, but this year I'm seeing an unbelieveable number of knives up for sale from other forum members (in several forums) that are in need of a little Christmas dough. It certainly depends on what your preferences are, so I'm sure some will read my last comment and say "What knives...where?"

I swear, if I could just discipline myself, what I should do is save money in a "knife kitty" all year long (buying no knives), and then splurge the two weeks before Christmas, followed by the month of January when the credit card bills arrive. Man, what a way to upgrade the collection, while at the same time saving some serious money. Unfortunately, I'm not that disciplined. :o

Yes, there's a lot of good deals out there this time of year.

I bought two Busses yesterday at great prices, and may not be finished yet.

There is a triple whammy going on with Busses. It's just before Christmas, the Busse swords (AK-47) are hitting the credit cards, and some of Busse's finest ever, the Satin Jack Tac, are on the Company Store. Some of the Busse collectors are selling duplicates from their collections to fund purchases. Good times for us hog wanna-bes.
 
A fair number of Sebenzas hitting the market too.

I picked one up myself. :thumbup:
