Ever wanted to name a KA-BAR? Here's your chance. The next addition to the Johnson Adventure Blade's line needs a name. Made right here in the USA, the wharncliffe blade will serve as a nice complimentary knife to the Gamestalker. If your name is selected you will win this prototype. Please note we reserve the final naming rights. Good luck.

I like the J.A.W. Johnson Adventure Wharncliffe... SIMPLE! EASY... says who and what it is... But the thing literally looks very animalistic... Like a vulture, or some sort of bird of prey. Could literally be called Raptor, or some sort of acronym like the J.A.B.R (Johnson Adventure Blades Raptor... or the J.A.R. (Johnson Adventure Raptor) BUT since Mr. Johnson is a Nebraskan... Lets call it the Husker! LOVE IT! Or some variation like the Utility Husker, Field Husker, Animal Husker, ETC... or you could follow along the lines of the Gamestalker and call it the Wharnstalker, or the alike... Or we can name it after the Nebraskan State Bird (since it looks birdlike...) which I believe is the Western Meadowlark.. SO you can call it the Johnson Meadowlark..... or the Adventure Eagle... Either way... here are a couple options for you...
 
Looks like a reptile to me. So I'll suggest "Reptile" and "Gator." Cool looking.
 
JAB - "Red Tail," as in Red Tail Hawk. I suppose just JAB - "Hawk" would work well too.

I don't care what you guys name it, it looks like a heck of a blade. Keep knocking them out of the park!
