Hello BladeForums,
My name is Deepak Sunar, and I’m a traditional bladesmith from Nepal. I’ve recently launched Everest Forge, where we specialize in creating hand-forged custom swords, khukuris, knives, and other functional blades using traditional Nepali forging techniques.
At Everest Forge, we focus on crafting blades that are designed to be functional, made for hunting, bushcraft, survival, and collection. We honor the rich history of Nepali forging methods, while also offering custom designs for those who want something truly unique.
I'll be sharing my journey here and showcasing a variety of my work—ranging from traditional pieces to custom orders. Each blade is crafted to be durable, practical, and authentically handmade, with a focus on real-world use.
If you'd like to see more of the work I’ve created or are interested in custom blades, feel free to check out Everest Forge. The site features a variety of designs, and I’m happy to discuss any ideas you may have for custom creations:

I’m looking forward to connecting with all of you, sharing insights on the craft, and learning from the talented makers and collectors here.
Best regards,
Deepak | Everest Forge
