I was thinking that the Mini Mojo might be an interesting knife to tinker with since all the mechanicals other than the torsion bar are in the blade. I wonder how well it would flip without the torsion bar, since there's no liner or frame lock to cause drag on the blade.

As a matter of fact I was just looking at the Mojo and asking a dealer earlier today that I know if he thought it could be a candidate for a frame lock. I love the looks of that knife but I want it with a thicker lock than the one on it from the factory.

I have a funny feeling you have one of the Minis. :D

Send it on over I'll give it my special touch!:o

Oops my bad. I actually went to bed and realized just as I lay down that you said Mojo. For some reason in my head when I read your post I saw the Dejavu. That is the knife I was referring to about turning it into a frame lock..

Anyway, sorry. I have not really even looked at the Mojo. I just read one thing and thought another is all. Brain fart!:D

ha, ha, talk about brain fart, I totally forgot that I actually did post this question. I remembered thinking about it, but not actually asking it.

I was talking about the Kershaw Mini Mojo (Mojito now).
I remembered you and a few others had mentioned disabling AO on some Kershaws.
I was thinking that the Mini Mojo might be interesting to play with in that respect since it is a studlock and the safety is part of the flipper. With the torsion bar removed it should still flip manually very smoothly since there is nothing to cause drag.
