Did you know that? I sure didn't, until I started looking around on the web for ideas on how to get the awful non-standard pivot screw off!
On another forum, I found someone propose simply using the EL-01's pocket clip, since its holes are spaced about perfectly for the "delta" pivot screw, and close enough for the older three-hole one. A recommendation was to use pins screwed into the pocket clip's screw holes.
Not having pins, I looked, and thought, let me simply try the pocket clip's screws themselves. It didn't work well putting them in the "correct" way, but reversing them, holding them down into the "delta" grooves with my left thumb, and using the pocket clip / "wrench" with my right hand to turn, allowed me to take the pivot screw out in about 20 seconds.
I was astounded at how well it worked.
If your EL-01 has the older "three-hole" version, you'll need thumbtacks or small nails instead of the pocket clip screws, though - the holes are simply too tiny. It will take longer, as well, as you'll have to keep adjusting, like a box wrench on every half-turn or so.
Anyways, I wanted to post this here, in case anyone else would like to do a simple adjustment on their Enlan or (better) an actual replacement of the odd-ball pivot screw. It's a shame a great knife like the EL-01 series is marred with that screw.
