One of the fabulous knives that come across my bench really trips my trigger!

This one by Kyle Royer is one of those. It will be headed to its home in Georgia today, but it was such a beautiful knife IMO, I had to share it (even without permission):D

Wow - what a terrific bowie! I really like what I see in the damascus pattern. The sheath is nothing to sneeze at, either. Thanks for the peek at this one Paul.

Sweet, that is some combo. Someone in Georgia must be very happy. Great knife from Kyle as always, and the sheath.......well you know what I think. All of your sheaths always seem to be the perfect way to dress up knives of this quality.

Great work, Jon

Wow!!! That sheath looks great Mr. Long.

Thanks for sharing it here and thanks for the compliment.

Here is a picture my brother Caleb took before I sent the knife out. The frame handle with damascus and file-worked liners has premium green/brown mammoth ivory. The blade is 8 1/2 " long and it has an overall length of 13 1/2". The damascus is a four bar high layer Turkish Twist with lots of shimmer.

Thanks for looking.

Great work Mr. Long!

yow wow! Amazing stuff all around.

Great looking knife and excellent sheath. Kaleb picture is excellent, but if you look at Paul's first pic you can see how much chatoyancy that blade actually has:cool::cool::thumbup::thumbup:

Very nice Kyle. Unique ivory coloring.

Really like your new smaller mark. ;)

Good looking sheath as well.

That's a beautiful knife and a super sheath.

Turkish Twist is my favorite damascus pattern. Great job.

AWESOME! Great looking damascus, mammoth and overall shape. I really like the curve in the handle too.

Nice work, Paul!

Not too shabby a knife either, young man!

Paul - At the risk of temporarily hijacking your thread, I have a couple of questions about this stunning sheath(and many others you have made). I hope you don't mind.

First, what type and color dye have you used on the main body of this piece? I have tried in vane to get exactly that color and hue. And, could you quickly explain what product(s) and method you use to achieve that wonderfully warm sheen on all your leather work..... it is incomparable to any others I've seen.

Thank you for your time.

Now, back to your regularly scheduled programming.........
