Sweet blades Jeremy. Love the orange G10, as it makes the blade nice and easy to see.

The funny thing about the cleaver is it my thinnest Horton. It is my goto vegetable knife and makes short order of chicken breast (that's for you Pluck). Of course it is very sharp and the height doesn't really effect the utility.


BTW, I had to lookup spatch-cocking. :D
 
Both look great J - I'm not a big Wharnie fan, but I really like that one :thumbup::cool:
