Excavator muffler vs. ASH part 2

This is the same excavator muffler I've used in the past pics showing the ASH and Kill Devil penetrating it. This time I wanted to baton through it using the ASH and a club. Don't know what kind of steel this muffler is made from but its tough as hell and as thick as a dime.

Will probably have to break the picks up into several posts as I'm at work!

That muffler looks no joke...real thick, real steel.

Any close up pics on the edge of the ASH?

Just got home from work. Its been in its sheath, uncleaned since the beating. The dark spot or two you see on the edge is the coating from the ASH that smeared onto the edge from the friction of battoning. The discolored spots are where the steel from the muffler kinda "fused" onto the ASH edge. Again......no rolls, chips or dings.
