Excellent customer service from Kershaw!

I dropped my blurr out fishing and it hit a steel plate on the deck of the boat,long story short it snapped a lot of the tip off.I e-mailed Kershaw as i know most tips break from misuse not working with them.They said to send it in and they will take care of everything ,i am very impressed with my kershaw knives,and now equally impressed with their warranty/c.s.

Today i went to the mailbox and there was a brand new kershaw blur to replace the one i ruined when it hit the steel plate on the deck of the lobster boat.Now i ask what more can anyone ask out of a knife company than that.I realize it was my fault accidental or not,and they wenty ahead and replaced my knife FREE OF CHARGE,THEY PAID SHIPPING TOO...Time to invest some more money in kershaw knives.Thank you very much for the awesome service i recieved,more than anyone should expect!
