One of my personal FiddleBacks had a bit of handle and blade damage to it (that’s a whole other unrelated story). Anyway, I called the shop and asked if they’d take a look at the knife and see if they could do something about it. They agreed, so on April 19th I shipped the knife off. I just picked it up today from the post office (I think it actually arrived yesterday) and it looks absolutely brand new. You’d never be able to tell that it had any damage to it. I know all the FF followers already know this, but I wanted to compliment the crew on the excellent customer service. The quick turnaround and exceptional craftsmanship are amazing. Thank you!
