Excellent Customer Service

I know it's been said, but I just wanted to recognize Buck for their outstanding customer service.
I had placed an order last week for some apparel, and was waiting for a confirmation email on shipping. Checking out the website today, I noticed the 30% off special that is presently available. Bottom right corner of the screen is the little 'Chat Now' button. I figured, "What the heck", and started a conversation with a nice woman named Elaine. I was curious as to if my package hadn't shipped yet, could I add an item to it. I was not looking for the discount on my previously ordered items, as I feel that would be dishonest and disrespectful to the company.
After a little back and forth, Elaine told me that my items had not shipped and she would be able to add to the order. She had to figure out the cost difference, and would call me on my cell phone so I could arrange to pay the difference. We played phone tag for a bit, and during that time I was helped by another polite and nice woman on the phone. I finally spoke to Elaine, the difference was paid, and a brand new ceramic mug will be on the way shortly with my other items.
I'm hoping that Mr. Hubbard will see this and know that Buck's customer service employees are top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again for assistance.
