Sal - i just want to thank you and Spyderco.
After 10 years with an old Endura (Mk2, I believe, with the ATS-55 blade), I moved up to a S30V Millie 2 years ago.
Though it voids the warranty, I field stripped my Millie to give it a thorough cleaning after a summer of rough use (part of my decision to get the Millie was the ability to field maintain it). I noted the 2 thin bushings/washers around the pivot and wrote to customer service about where I could get replacements. Charlynn took care of me and not only sent me replacement bushings, but a full set of barrel nuts and screws. Not only that, but I also live in Canada, so she sent it international.
We all complain whenever we get bad customer service from anyone, so I want to make sure you know that the customer service at Spyderco is awesome.
