Excellent EDC knife for under 30$ and under that is red?

I know that it sounds strange that it needs to be red but it is a Christmas present for a friend so I asked him what color he wanted. I already have a Kershaw Leek (green handle black blade) in my cart for another friend and I want to get another Kershaw because they have very good high value blades but I am not finding another one good one that is under 30$ that is red, I was looking into getting a scallion but they want too much for them on Amazon where I am going to be buying all my Christmas presents. So anyway I am rambling, what is an excellent blade for 30$ or under that is red? Thanks!

The snap on tool company was making some knives'but I'm not sure who makes them.
you can also look at the Columbia river knife and tool m16 fire fighter series. Good luck

Get an Alox model--the handles are aluminum instead of plastic, so it's a classier gift IMO. Victorinox Red Alox Cadet, Farmer, etc.

The red alox handles by Victorinox are really nice. Easily recognized as a Swiss Army Knife, but classy enough for a gift.
