I posted yesterday about a small problem with a new MAXX 5.5 Stiletto and I was pleasantly shocked with the quick response from Will Fennell. He spoke directly to the retailer and is taking care of everything. I believe all manufacturers would do well to emulate this business practice. Thanks Will, you have earned my respect and return business.

will is a really nice guy!!! so is Tom, and Wendy in customer service!!! makes collecting camillus much more enjoyable!!!
not too mention If I have problems with my edc they are quick to help!!!

benchmade, and kershaw also have excellant customer service too!!!
