Excellent Service from Buck

Just thought I'd report in on a great service experience from Buck.

In a poorly-executed attempt to strip and clean my Strider folder, I messed up the pivot. When I sent it in for repair, I indicated that I assumed I would be billed for the work (knowing that I caused the problem).

After only one week, I received the knife back in tip-top shape, and at no charge!

My thanks to all the people at Buck for their great customer service!

I also had outstanding service from Buck knives. Recently I sent my Buck #500 Duke to Joe Houser at Buck. He made sure the was repaired the way I wanted(I was a difficult

I could tell about at least three dozen specific experiences with Buck service- from Joe, Pete, CJ, Dana, Jeff- all top-notch folks.
The people who work at Buck are the best on the planet- before and AFTER the sale.
It just isn't possible to get better service than Buck Knives. Period.
