Just thought I'd report in on a great service experience from Buck.
In a poorly-executed attempt to strip and clean my Strider folder, I messed up the pivot. When I sent it in for repair, I indicated that I assumed I would be billed for the work (knowing that I caused the problem).
After only one week, I received the knife back in tip-top shape, and at no charge!
My thanks to all the people at Buck for their great customer service!
