Excessive slant on a Winchester 19005

Picked up a Winchester 19005 off fleabay for my father. Seller was great, sent the knife before they received payment (money order went out), and I received the knife today. Walk and talk are great, except that the blade is noticeably slanted, to the left when looking at the backsprings. This appears to be a fault of the manufacturer, the fit and finish are not the greatest. Does anyone have a 19005 with the same "defect"?

Oh yeah, my junk camera has no charge. I will post pics. This is not a post describing my experience with the seller, just the knife itself. I have asked their opinion of the matter.
