Have the new Exchange rules been abandoned for lack of enough staff to monitor? Seems like maybe about 5% of people are complying.

Not abandoned, just a bit overwhelming for the staff, since so few read the posts.it was sugested that members DM the seller and calmly explain. If the seller still does not comply, then report. I am sure the moderators will be working hard also, but this is not their full time job, or at least should not be.

Good answer. Thank you. I will try to do it right. Some of my images are better as old ones but I can add with the new .

Spark has been having issues finding the correct settings to lock the posts after 30 minutes. Without any teeth to the requirement, we are stuck with being dependent on sellers actually reading the requirements AND understanding they can't delete content. See next paragraph for an example of how well that works.

As for the time stamp pictures, seems like the majority of the sellers and buyers missed the header Spark put across every exchange forum. I run through the exchanges a couple of times a day posting reminders. (My favorite is when they don't properly read the link I provide them, and argue that they DID post pictures of the item to be sold. I have to point out the time stamp requirement to them.) It's now been a couple of weeks and the regular sellers have all found the requirement or been told. The ones currently out of compliance are folks who sell infrequently and are just now posting a sales thread since the rules change and finding themselves discrepant.
