Exchange suggestion

I think BF should require people to have their preferences set up to allow PM and/or email before they're permitted to post or reply in the Exchange.

I can't believe the sheer number of people who post things in the Exchange or reply on threads who have given us no way to contact them other than to chat with them on the thread which is (correctly, in my view) highly discouraged.

If they aren't smart enough to leave a method to contact them, that's their problem.
