Different Pay Options:
Busse Knife Group now has more payment options available for your knives.
We now offer PayPal Pay In 4, and Pay Later Monthly plans.
PayPal in 4 is available to U.S. customers, with four interest-free payments, at two-week intervals, for purchases up to $1,500
The Pay Later Monthly Plans are available for U.S.-based customers, allowing you to pay in 6 or up to 24 monthly installments for purchases of $199 to $10,000
Traditional Check-Out:
Payment with all major credit cards is still available.
Shipping:
We have implemented a flat-rate shipping price of $14.95 per order for all U.S.-based orders.
This flat rate stays the same regardless of the number of knives ordered.
Shop Credits:
After you log in, any and all shop credits that you have will show up during the checkout process.
These Shop Credits can then be applied to your order if you so choose.
Prize Credits:
Prize credits are typically won from the many contests and other giveaways on our forums.
To have them applied to your purchase, you will need to contact the Busse Knife office PRIOR TO PLACING your order.
Prize Credits are non-transferable and are typically restricted to the purchase of a particular model.
Once the initial offer of that model is concluded, the Prize Credits are no longer valid.
Cancellations:
If, for any reason, you want to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund by calling our customer service number, (419) 923-6471.
