I recently purchased some of the new 532's. When I was inspecting them, I found a couple with minor problems. I emailed Mr. Houser and he said send them in. Got them back earlier this week and both are perfect!! Thank you Buck for standing behind your product 100%.

I always consider those types of comliments as bittersweet at best. Your knives should have been perfect from the start. I appreciate your patience as we made them right for you and hope that you wont have to use our customer service again in the future.

Customer service at Buck is the best.

There are no, zero, none, nada companies in the affordable end of the price structure that care for the customers like Buck.

Naturally, on high end products you expect french white gloce customer service. But Buck has always been the common man's knife company and priced accordingly. However, the CS at Buck has always been Concorde, First Class, Ritz.
