Exotic Razor--Antique or Tourist Trinket?

This fancy unmarked razor has handles of what appear to be buffalo horn, inlaid with silver and brass. The spring and blade look hand-forged, and the tail piece is brass. It is approximately 4" closed, with a 3 3/4" blade. Any info or approximate value estimations would be appreciated, Thank you. Haller

You don't have a picture of it, but if it's unmarked, it's usually crap. A lot of Pakistani/Korean junk is out there. Most makers were proud enough to put their name on it. This only applies if you're going to actually use it. If you just want something to look at, it'd probably be ok. And straight razors don't have springs.
