Expanding your vocabulary or skirting the rules?

I see many,many threads in the exchange skirting the two week repost rule.I guess it is okay if you use words like combined,consolidated,repost,or reduced.

I'll ask again is the two week rule not in effect?As I certainly could have missed a change or revision to the rule.

It's still in effect. We still need to enforce it. Three-quarters of the population here is very careful not to learn any rule that inconveniences them.
