The new version of the UBB software that runs the forums has been released in beta format. Since it's beta, and since there are a few worrying bugs that have already been observed, we'll be waiting for a stable release before we change over from the 5.x series to the new UBB 6. I don't have an eta on that, I'm sorry.

There are some exciting changes in store with the new software, but until everything is ready to go I'm not going to go into detail.

The old saying is true "you don't know what you have till it's gone". The last outage almost killed me and gave my girlfriend the false sense that I like to talk with her!

On a positive note, all the new knife magazines seem to be hitting the door this week

As long as it improves things I guess that it is worth it.
