Experience with Blowout Knives???

Has anyone had any experience with this distributor?? I placed an order with them on the 12th for a Sharpmaker. I e-mailed them to get a approx delivery date. They have not responded as of yet. Am I asking to much? Or am I just used to dealing with operations like Ourhouse and Amazon where CS is great!

I've dealt with Blowoutknives a couple of times and found their service very satisfactory. Their prices are usually very good.

I agree, good prices. One of three knives I bought there at different times needed to go back to manufacturer for adjustment. Blade was way off center. Otherwise no problems.

the prices were tops but the didn't answer me by email or phone soi didn't trust them
