I was too excited to spell correctly, title should be "customer service"
I have to admit, I constantly put guys and gals @ CRK through hell by asking them to put value adding components or features on my already near-perfect (nothing's perfect
) knives.
I recently sent in two unique regulars for double silver lugs/swedge and a star sapphire on the whip&spear one, the sebbies came back today and I was blown away. I'll be a CRK customer for life.
btw, i ordered the DVD as well, will probably watch it after starting this thread.
