Experiences with BanTang Knives?

I have one of his early blades, an EDC.

Not only attractive, but a strong performer. The edge came razor sharp and stayed that way for months. When I finally needed to sharpen it, it wasn't difficult ... came right back up fast and stayed that way.

Of course, my sharpening skills are feeble compared to his, so the edges (originally mirrored) are less lovely now.:)

I have many knives, but my BT EDC is absolutely a keeper.:thumbup:
 
he's a talented machinist, and likes to experiment with designs and blade materials.

i think his knives are competitively priced with other makers, sometimes cheaper.

my experiences are limited to mods he has done for me on busse knives, and his work is really impressive in that area.
 
I have a Bt4 in cpm 3v and it's a very impressive knife. His knives a truly stupid sharp and it keeps an edge for a very long time :thumbup:
