Experimental Desk Utility

Here is my "hammer-marking" and etching experiment call it "snakey". It is a piece of left over K510 (silversteel) from reed knife blank. I thought I need a razor on my desk and here how it came out. It is etched is heated vinegar, phosphoric acid and sulphamic acid mix for 30 mins and hand rubbed 800 grit.

Ugly, but I love it! It looks like a tool that will get a lot of use and knives, after all, should be used! I think it's really cool!
